When it comes to budget phones, the Samsung Tocco Lite makes a decent attempt at making decent touchscreen phones affordable. You wouldn't be able to guess its low price by looking at it either—its good looks, large screen, 3.2 megapixel camera, and other features make it definitely worth considering. However, keep in mind that it does have a few significant lacks as well.
In the looks department, the Tocco Lite looks quite nice. At 93g, it is slim and lightweight and quite easy to slip into a pocket. Its simple design is nevertheless classy, especially with its metallic accents. Its plastic isn't the best quality, but it hardly feels cheap or flimsy either. Its thin shape means you might not want to accidentally sit on this phone, but it's hardly delicate or fragile either.
Another significant feature is its camera. Equipped with 3.2 megapixels, smile detection, panorama, and a decent photo editor, this camera has a decent amount of features. Its lack of a flash or LED light makes it useless for taking pictures in the dark, but stick to well lit areas and you'll find photos come out crisp and vibrant. Once you're through editing them, you can upload them directly to Flickr, Facebook, Piasa, and other sites.
Samsung Tocco Lite gets better in every release, some may become costly but more and more mobile phones are getting cheaper. There are various ways to save money and you can get a phone contracts with free laptop if ever you want to buy one.
